Evan F. Nappen, Esq. has dedicated his life to fighting for gun rights and honest sportsmen. He has practiced law since 1988 and was one of the first attorneys to ever get a federal injunction against a state gun law. He knows first hand what rotten laws do to honest folks.
He wrote and produced the DVD, GUN CONTROL – OUT OF CONTROL: How Gun Laws Make Honest Citizens Criminals, and authored a number of gun rights books, including NAPPEN ON NEW JERSEY GUN LAW, NEW HAMPSHIRE GUN, KNIFE AND WEAPON LAW and THE DECLARATION, as well as numerous articles that have appeared in American Handgunner Magazine, Blue Book of Gun Values, NSSF Range Report, Tactical Gear Magazine, American Gunsmith Magazine, The New Gun Week, BLADE Magazine, Sporting Knives, Knives Annual, and Harper’s Magazine. He has been quoted in numerous national newspapers and has been a guest on many television and radio shows, including Court TV, Glen Beck – The Blaze, Judge Janine – Fox News, Wolfe Blitzer – CNN, Real Talk – WWOR, It’s Your Call with Lynn Doyle, Tom Gresham’s Gun Talk, Armed American Radio, Gun For Hire Radio, and Cam & Company/NRA News. He is currently a Board Member of the Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs, Inc. He is an NRA Certified Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun, Personal Protection Inside and Outside the Home and Home Firearm Safety Instructor. He has taught gun law to other attorneys, law enforcement officers, paralegals, and gun dealers in recognized law seminars, including the NRA National Firearms Law Seminar, NRA Range Development Seminar and for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Evan loves to hunt, fish, boat, and camp, and to collect, use, and study guns.
David W. Huang, Esq.
David W. Huang, Esq. received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law. He is licensed to practice in New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Prior to attending law school, he obtained a Bachelors in Science for Computer Science at Rutgers. He was a R&D software solutions programmer for Fountain Technologies and a lead designer at RedeemedSoft, before working for KSI Trading Corporation.
At law school, Attorney Huang distinguished himself by serving as the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, working as a Teaching Assistant to Dean Camille Andrews in Complex Civil Litigation, and Research Assistant to Professor Damon Smith in Property Law.
Huang currently focuses on rights restoration in three jurisdictions, ranging from: criminal expungements, juvenile sealings, medical record expungements, executive clemency, certificates of relief from disabilities, pardons, and the like. He has consulted on firearms law in multimedia, products, and video games.
