We are seeking a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney who is ready to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews and assist with case intake, investigation, and preparation.
• Perform legal research and draft motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients at court hearings, conferences, and other proceedings, both in person and virtually.
• Manage an active caseload while maintaining organized and accurate case files.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and colleagues.
• Travel throughout New Jersey as required.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey (required).
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Confidence appearing in both courtroom and virtual proceedings.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience.
• Health and dental insurance.
• Paid vacation and holidays.
• Annual New Jersey Attorney Registration fee paid by the firm.
• Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses provided.
